My name is Iphigenia and I make stainless steel chainmaille jewellery in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.

Although a wearer of jewellery my whole life, I started making pieces I trully felt passionate about once I found my medium: chainmaille jewellery in stainless steel.

I came across a picture of a chainmaille necklace on Pinterest during the pandemic and I was compelled to learn how to built such pieces. I had never seen an actual chainmaille piece in real life so only got to experience whatever I built.

I got to see and learn how the piece felt, how much it weighed, how it draped around the neck, how it accented features of the face when dangling from an earlobe, how it segmented the body further adorning it, how it evoked moods and feelings based on each design element .

It's been about 4 years and I am still just as excited as ever to create new pieces that are a pleasure to look at but also to wear.
